Artists and hosts share things with the platform that matter — unreleased music, tour plans, merch concepts, private analytics, fan-engagement strategy. VIPUConnect personnel and authorized representatives who touch that information are required to be bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, and access is limited to those with a legitimate operational need.
Confidentiality protections don't eliminate all security risk. VIPUConnect uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information — it does not promise information will be completely secure against every threat.
