Merchandise Seller Terms

How merchandise works on VIPUConnect today, and how native commerce will be governed upon future activation.

This document is a current working version maintained by VIPUConnect. It is not attorney-approved. Binding provisions require review by qualified counsel before broad production reliance.

Hosts may link to an external store or merchant. The external merchant processes the transaction. VIPUConnect may record the outbound merchandise interaction (for example, a click) where disclosed to the fan. VIPUConnect does not process the external purchase. Payment, shipping, taxes, refunds, returns, fulfillment, and customer service for externally linked products are governed by the external seller or store and its terms.

Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy of their external product descriptions, imagery, availability, and compliance with the terms of the external store they link to.
