Host & Artist Agreement

The specific agreement between VIPUConnect and each artist, host, or authorized representative operating a club on the platform.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement and, where you act on behalf of an artist, brand, organization, or other entity, that you have the authority to bind that entity. Account information you provide must be accurate and kept current.

You retain ownership of your original intellectual property, including music, recordings, photographs, videos, artwork, logos, trademarks, merchandise designs, written content, and other creative or business materials you make available through the Services.
