Confidentiality & NDA Commitment

Artists and hosts using VIPUConnect may share information that is confidential or otherwise sensitive to their creative and business operations, including unreleased music, unreleased creative work, upcoming announcements, tour information, merchandise concepts, pricing strategies, private analytics, fan-engagement strategy, business plans, proprietary materials, and private communications.

VIPUConnect personnel, contractors, and authorized representatives who are granted access to confidential host or artist information are required to be bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. Third-party service providers are governed by applicable contractual confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations. VIPUConnect does not represent that every third-party infrastructure provider signs VIPUConnect's own NDA.
